If you do not want us to use your personal data to support our customer relationship (in particular for direct marketing), you can object to the processing and use of your data for advertising purposes at any time. We therefore advise you not to send any sensitive data by e-mail when communicating with us. As an applicant, please use our e-mail address bewerbung@prefco.de. In principle, however, we advise you to send your application by post to the address PrefCo GmbH zu Hd. Mr Jan Heinze, Mittestraße 4a, D-98617 Meiningen.

Use of your applicant Data

When you send us your application, we store your personal information in a secure operating environment to protect it from loss or misuse. Your applicant data will only be made available to the persons authorized by PrefCo GmbH to process your application. After completion of the application process (i.e. after you have received an acceptance or rejection from us) we store your data for a maximum of 3 months. You can request the deletion of your data earlier. If you wish your data to be deleted after the deadline, please send an e-mail to bewerbung@prefco.de.

Data transmission and logging for system-internal and statistical purposes

For technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server when you access our website. This includes the date and time of access, URL of the referring website, file accessed, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data. It is not possible for us to assign this data to a specific person. These data are not evaluated by us.

Use of inventory and usage data

If a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or if its content is to be structured or changed, we collect, store and use personal data from you to the extent necessary for these purposes (in accordance with §28 BDSG).

By order of the responsible authorities, we may in individual cases provide information about this data, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, for averting danger, for fulfilling the statutory duties of the authorities or for enforcing intellectual property rights.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. You also have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your computer by making the appropriate settings in your browser. This could, however, restrict the functionality of our WEB site.

Tracking-Tools

The website uses analysis tools to collect general information about visitors’ usage patterns. This includes, for example, pages viewed, length of stay, referring pages as well as general information about your computer system such as operating system, screen resolution, browser used, etc. The information is stored in the form of a cookie. All data collected is stored anonymously and cannot be traced back to you personally. If you do not agree with this anonymous recording of your usage behaviour, you can prevent this by deactivating cookies in your browser.

Use of Social Plugins

We have included social plugins on our site, but they are deactivated in their default settings for data protection reasons. When you access our site, no data is transmitted to social media services such as Facebook, Twitter or Google +, which means that profiles cannot be created by third parties.

Deactivated social plugins can be identified by their grey background.

But you have the possibility to activate the social plugins with one click and thus give your consent to the communication with the respective social network. When you activate the social plugin, certain data is transmitted to the respective social network, such as your IP address, information about the browser and operating system used, the website accessed and the date and time. In the course of this communication, data from a server of the social media provider is also uploaded to our website. The respective provider of the social plugin receives information about which specific websites you visit, regardless of whether you are currently logged in to the provider of the social media plugin (e.g. facebook) or not, or whether you clicked on the plugin or not. The provider can also process this data outside the European Union and is also able to create individual user profiles. We have no influence on the type, scope and purpose of data processing by the provider of the social media service.

An activated social plugin is displayed in color, and already at this point – as described – data is transferred to the social media service. With a second click you can then use the Social Plugin.

At http://developers.facebook.com/plugins you can get further information about the plugin and the corresponding social media service from Facebook. You can find Facebook’s so-called data usage guidelines at: http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

At https://twitter.com/logo you can get further information about the plugin and the corresponding social media service from Twitter. Twitter’s privacy policy can be found at: https://twitter.com/privacy.
